Tuition is due by the 7th of each month. Any tuition payed after the 7th will be charged a late fee of $10.00 per week. If you are going to be absent when tuition is due, mail them to:

Tuition is the same each month, from September to June. There is no recital fee. Costume orders are paid in full by December 7th. We do a fundraiser in the fall to help with costume costs. It is strongly encouraged to participate in the fundraiser! You'll be surprised what a benefit it is to have the fundraiser because costumes are due in December. (aka Christmas time)

Be on time and ready to dance! There are dressing rooms available at the studio! Water is also provided! If you will be absent from class, please call the studio and leave a message!

Please keep the studio clean, I try my best to keep everything tidy, but cleaning up after your self will help me as well. Escpecially cups from the water cooler!

If Maple Valley School is closed due to weather, the studio will also be closed! (Bellevue Schools for our Bellevue location) Saturday classes, call 30 minutes prior to class. A message will be left on the machine for Saturday classes if they are cancelled! Due to the fact that I am unable to control the weather, no refunds will be granted due to weather related cancellations! Every year this policy gets confusing, but just remember, it is only weather related!!! Check the schedule for other days off, like Halloween, Christmas Break, Spring Break, Memorial Day. We do have class when there is no school because of exams, or teacher in service days!!!

There may be days where you will have a substitute. They will always be the most qualified in that area to teach your class! I try my hardest to never have to do this, but things happen! Please be courteous to those subbing! If you have any problems, please let me know asap!

Remember, we are taking dance because we love it! Have a positive attitude during class and I will always teach you with a positive attitude as well!
